    Developing a Coaching Strategy: Swimming's Story

    Our coaching strategy evolved in stages. We started by writing it to reflect the UK Coaching Framework but that didn’t quite work out so we decided to write a strategy that reflected what we wanted, and then cross-referenced it against the Framework, and refined and tweaked it accordingly.
